During migration projects, existing processes often prove difficult to turn around. Customers have often been working with self-established processes for years and are attached to them. If you start making changes to that, it often no longer ties in with other processes within the organization. This is difficult, but certainly not insurmountable!

Efficiency and safety

In such a case, I work with the client to look for insights and opportunities in Optimum Assessment Platform, with which we can still make the connection. In this way, then, it becomes immediately clear where the benefits of migrating to the new platform lie. Like, for example, being able to work more efficiently and safely. Also, the interface is more intuitive which makes working within the platform more pleasant.

Of course, a client runs into several dilemmas in a journey like this. Thus, the average customer has developed and collected a tremendous amount of content over the years. With a migration just around the corner, the question arises; What will you take or not take? That too is and will continue to be difficult, after all, it is “value” you are throwing away.

Of course, a client is not alone, quite the contrary. As an application consultant, I help make the right trade-offs to make the best decisions. It varies from client to client, but eventually there will be a better understanding of available content anyway.
