As Service Manager, you are the driving force behind a customer-oriented, reliable and efficient service delivery. You will coordinate, support and optimize the service and support processes and ensure that the Service Delivery team functions optimally. You are visible and involved in the operation, manage quality and cooperation, and act as a central point of contact for all Service Delivery-related matters.
