connecting factor between operations and strategy. As a Controller here, you are not a number cruncher on the sidelines, but a substantive sparring partner of the management and the business. You

This is what you will do:

• You will prepare monthly and annual reports, including sharp financial analysis.
• You will monitor margins, cash flow and other critical KPIs.
• You will think about financial models and scenarios for our growth.
• You will be responsible for balanced project and contract administration.
• You liaise with external partners such as accountant, bank and tax authorities.
• You will coach your immediate colleague on the finance team and work together to improve.
• You will supervise grant applications, such as the WBSO and innovation box.

What you bring:

• A completed college or university degree in finance, accounting or business economics.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in a similar position.
• Experience with Exact Online and a strong foundation in Excel (Power BI is a plus).
• You are familiar with grant schemes and project administration.
• You switch easily between strategic thinking and operational details.
• You are approachable, proactive, transparent and communicate clearly and directly.
