Modular construction

The strength of the modular structure lies first of all in the fact that the user can choose which modules to use. For instance, you can use only the purchase player (Optimum Player) or the content management module (Optimum Editor). But combinations of different modules are also possible. In addition, the modular structure helps to adapt the software and/or maintain different modules more quickly. Because adaptations in the software can be limited to one specific module, the test development process considerably shortened. Another advantage is that when updating a single module, downtime is also limited to this particular module. The rest of the platform are not affected by the updates and run uninterrupted. This benefits both the customer and the end users.

 

Appropriate pricing

A future-proof system also involves future-proof pricing. Here, users choose the pricing model that suits their size and needs. For larger customers, or customers using multi-tenancy (with multiple sub-users), a Enterprise model are interesting. Here, the customer chooses which modules to use at a fixed price per year, regardless of the number of tests taken. This offers security. A price per test or per user with a (lower) fixed fee for the software is also still possible. This may be of interest to customers with smaller numbers of test takings.
