PRESS RELEASE
Optimum Assessment is proud to announce that INU (Innovative Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften) in Cologne Germany has chosen Optimum Assessment Platform. “Given the innovative nature of this University of Applied Sciences, it is not only a wonderful expansion of our client base, but it also directly increases our presence in Germany,” says Martin van den Berge, Managing Director of Optimum Assessment.
INU is a new, private and fully online-driven University of Applied Sciences. The institute offers diverse future-oriented and practice-oriented study programmes and forms of education. A future-proof online study programme that combines virtual study and “on-campus” lectures with enormous flexibility in time and location.
INU sees itself as an innovative online university where you can combine distance and on-site education. This also facilitates studying abroad. This philosophy calls for an accessible and flexible assessment platform that also supports online proctoring.
In Optimum Assessment Platform, INU finds the perfect assessment solution. The main reasons for choosing this platform are:
Moreover, INU sees their complete user journey reflected in the Optimum Assessment Platform as all relevant users can (collaborate) within the assessment tool.
As this is a start-up university, no (digital) tests are currently being administered yet. The entire assessment process is therefore designed in consultation between users (both teachers and students) from INU and assessment experts from Optimum Assessment. With special attention to an efficient and future-proof design of the processes within the platform.
For now, the focus is on the implementation of Optimum Assessment Platform. The kick-off will take place in October this year. The first tests are expected to be administered in the second quarter of 2024.
