Optimum Assesment Platform: The ultimate assessment experience.
Optimum Assessment (formerly: Citrus Andriessen) wins European tender for supply of exam software for the civic integration exams of Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO). This is the third time in a row that Optimum Assessment has won the tender for this extensive and complex testing issue. The integration exams are of great social importance and require a safe and user-friendly approach. DUO and Optimum Assessment are eager to take up this challenge together again in the coming years.
DUO carries out work on behalf of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW) in the context of integration. In this context, DUO’s Service Center Integration organizes and administers the integration exams for newcomers to the Netherlands. These exams are administered at DUO’s various testing sites. This happens not only in the Netherlands, but also in 88 other countries.
The digital signature moment on Nov. 24, 2020
Optimum Assessment’s software allows you to create, administer and grade the exams. “We have been providing exam software for a long time to DUO and this is important to us. It is large in scope and complex. We supply exam software for all kinds of industries, from hospitality to real estate agents, but the civic integration exam is surely the exam with the greatest social importance and with the greatest impact on candidates,” said Martin van den Berge, general director of Optimum Assessment.
And then the signing moment arrived, via WebEx admittedly. On Nov. 24, 2020, Harmen Harmsma, director of Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO), and Martin van den Berge put their signatures, assuring DUO of good exam software for the coming years.
