Optimum Assesment Platform: The ultimate assessment experience.
Optimum Assessment is proud to announce it has won the European tender “construction and administration software” of CBR, the Dutch national driving theory assessor. After a very competitive tender process, both parties have signed this partnership on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
Martin van den Berge, general manager of Optimum Assessment, is delighted. “We are very honored to have been awarded this contract and look forward to a successful and long-term partnership.” CBR’s Director of Operations, Jan Jurgen Huizing: “With Optimum Assessment we are bringing in a cooperation partner with whom we can move into the future and who will help us realize our ambitions.”
CBR is nationally responsible for assessing the driving and medical fitness of drivers and the professional competence of professionals in the transport and logistics sector in The Netherlands. From mid-2024, the theory exams underlying this will be administered using the Optimum Assessment Platform. As a partner in digital assessment, Optimum Assessment also contributes to the realization of reliable and valid tests, efficient administration and an optimal testing process. Quality, safety and innovation are the key concepts here.
About the partnership between the two parties, Martin van den Berge says, “This collaboration is a tremendously wonderful step forward for both organizations.” Jan Jurgen Huizing comments: “In the coming years, CBR will transform itself from executor to public service provider, where the customer is key in the design of services and processes.
